The Gayatri Mantra is a highly revered hymn from the Rig Veda. This simple Mantra is very powerful and miraculous. This is probably the only Mantra that Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba actually prescribed to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds to chant anywhere at any time. Here is an insightful revelation that Swami made in the interview room to Dr. Vijai Kumar in the 1980s.
In 1985 the Air India aircraft, named the Kanishka plane was taken over by terrorists and crashed. Over 200 people died, no survivors. Swami said, even if only one person would have chanted the Gayatri Mantra, the plane crash would not have happened.”
Gayatri opens the spiritual heart and floods you with the reality of real truth.
